I go really slow with my Shower Gels, I don’t use much at one-go so a standard size bottle lasts me for many months but on the contrary husband dearest goes through them at top speed and I am talking about random super-market stuff which is probably full of harsh ingredients like Sulphates and Triclosan. To help the situation I thought I should explore relatively safer options. So during the Kronokare sale I had to get one for him & one for myself. I chose 500 ml bottles of All is Well and Revive & Thrive but ended up getting sent 10 bottles of 100 ml each! But this way I got to try both.
I am always on a look out for a good moisturizer for the face. We all know that is no easy feat so I was compelled to try this Moist-Urge Moisturizing Face Cream (That name LOL) especially since the tube size of 15 gram didn’t seem like too much commitment. 😀
I am not a big supporter of mechanical exfoliation for many reasons. Typically, this form of exfoliation can cause a lot of inflammation within the skin, and micro tears on the epidermis. Often the abrasive beads used by brands are sharp & not eco-friendly. Post making a shift to using products like this for chemical exfoliation I haven’t used a physical scrub since ages but thanks to the sale prices I mentioned in my previous blog post I thought I should give this Polish the Blemish- Face Scrub a shot; not so much for my face but also for my hands & elbow.
I was in the market for a new facial cleanser as the last one I was using was on its last breath so I was beyond thrilled to get my hands on this Foaming Cleanser by Loveisderma. You guys know how invested I am in skincare and something that I especially appreciate is finding new brands that make hi-tech skincare products. Loveisderma- A Taiwan based brand engaged in aesthetic medicine, skin care products and pharmaceutical care.
After sitting on it for ages I am finally publishing one of the most requested reviews of The Natural Moisturizing Factors+ HA (which stands for Hyaluronic Acid, listed as sodium hyaluronate on the ingredient list) by The Ordinary. The brand calls it their “Surface Hydration Formula”

So I was pretty thrilled to discover Loveisderma- A Taiwan based brand engaged in aesthetic medicine, skin care products and pharmaceutical care. A unique product that first caught my eye was the B5 Hydraboost Gelly Masque. It’s a giant tub of transparent gel that invited me to dive in!
The kind folks at Glamrada sent me a bunch of products to try from a new Indie Brand – Satliva. I am a great supporter of home-grown independent brands so I was happy to learn about Satliva and try out some of their offerings. I was in the market to get a new moisturizer so I was thrilled to try the Red Raspberry Face Cream.
Chubby Sticks are so popular lately, literally every colour cosmetic can be found in a chubby stick format. There is something so satisfying about holding a fat crayon and going to town; I guess it brings out the child in us. Lakme was on trend when they launched these Lip Pout Crayons and I was able to try the shade Mauve Hue.

One of the first thing that caught my interest was the soap bar mostly because of its beautiful packaging!
Sometime back some of my friends introduced me to the Lodhradhi Face Pack and thought I was living under a rock for not already knowing about it! The folks at Royal Indulgence were kind enough to send me the Amaira Hair Oil along with the face pack for a review and must appreciate them for their generosity & super fast shipping.
