The kind folks at Glamrada sent me a bunch of products to try from a new Indie Brand – Satliva. I am a great supporter of home-grown independent brands so I was happy to learn about Satliva and try out some of their offerings. I was in the market to get a new moisturizer so I was thrilled to try the Red Raspberry Face Cream.
Chubby Sticks are so popular lately, literally every colour cosmetic can be found in a chubby stick format. There is something so satisfying about holding a fat crayon and going to town; I guess it brings out the child in us. Lakme was on trend when they launched these Lip Pout Crayons and I was able to try the shade Mauve Hue.
The kind folks at Glamrada sent me a bunch of products to try from a new Indie Brand – Satliva. I am a great supporter of home-grown independent brands so I was happy to learn about Satliva and try out some of their offerings. One of the first thing that caught my interest was the soap bar mostly because of its beautiful packaging!
I am a huge fan of the Micellar Water concept (read- This girl be lazy!) and more so of the brand Bioderma. Its a French Pharmacy Brand so just that fact might have swayed me a little, because the French know their Beauty products! One of the first posts I wrote on this blog, two years ago was a review for the Sensibio H2O and in the years that have passed have seen me try various makeup removing products and nothing ever came close to Bioderma. So after finishing numerous bottles of the Sensibio H2O I was glad to try the Hydrabio H2O variant.
Recently I was approached by Glamrada to ask if I would like to try out some products in exchange of a review and before agreeing I asked them if things go south with the product would they be OK if I write a negative review? Surprisingly the associate who was speaking with me over the phone said that would be completely fine without a moment’s hesitation. Most often in this barter kind of arrangements folks are interested only in positive reviews but kudos to Glamrada for striving to be an honest Review Aggregator.
Sometime back some of my friends introduced me to the Lodhradhi Face Pack and thought I was living under a rock for not already knowing about it! The folks at Royal Indulgence were kind enough to send me the Amaira Hair Oil along with the face pack for a review and must appreciate them for their generosity & super fast shipping.
A few months back I won a bunch of NYX products in a giveaway held by Tshering Yangzom of Titi’s Corner. This 3 IN 1 brow pencil was something that I was most excited about. Brow products have taken over the market by storm. Initially popularized by Anastasia Beverly Hills in 2013 and there has been no looking back since then. Each & every brand offers brow makeup in their portfolio these days. Rightfully so because well done brows are never out of fashion.
To be absolutely honest Mascaras confuse me! There is a ginormous number of options available these days each holding a promise to give one the lashes of their dreams. There are the high-end cult favorites and the ones that have been around historically. I am generally tempted to play around within that safe zone but this time I wanted to try out something new – something drugstore – something that promises to make my lashes look “fan”tastic so after some research (because well, Ms.P cannot NOT research!) I settled on the waterproof variant of Maybelline Lash Sensational.
I have been having a good run with OGX Products. See here, here, here & here. So why stop a winning streak eh? Such is the background story as to how I was able to try the OGX Keratin Oil Shampoo. I have seasonal hair-fall, it gets worse in monsoon. Let me know in the comments if you are with me here (hoping I am not being delusional) Also I suffer from the worst case of split ends and going by the claims I was hoping this Keratin Oil Shampoo would help.
Sometime back some of my friends introduced me to the Lodhradhi Face Mask and they thought I was living under a rock for not already knowing about it. (Bad Beauty Blogger moment I am supposed to be on top of new launches but this missed my radar!). The folks at Royal Indulgence were kind enough to send me this for a review and must appreciate them for their generosity & super fast shipping.
